This model is a COPY of the Matchbox Yesteryear Y22-1-E Ford Model A Van (1930) in Canada Post livery. The model appears to be a direct copy of the early Matchbox Yesteryear casting with the exception of the rear roof. Produced for Canada Post, for their own promotional purposes, the model's base and packaging indicates it was manufactured in China. This model comes packed in its original woodland scene presentation box with French and English text.

The model has no opening parts. The vehicle roof is black, the seats are fawn plastic, the cab roof type is a smooth Type "1", the rear van roof is type "C" with plastic component, and the glazing is clear. It carries "Postes Canada Post" in white lettering, a Royal crest, and "GR" in yellow either side of the crest on the van sides.

Coded to the 2002 Yesteryear Book
