This accessory is the Taylor Barrett Ticket Booth in green.
This accessory has two sides with a 2x2 square window pressed into it. Another of the sides is cut open in an arch shape for a door and the last has a small arch opening where you converse with the ticket operator. The words "Pay Here" are visible above the opening.
This item was released at some time between 1920 and 1940 when the factory was destroyed in an air raid during World War II. The two families split the molds and separated the company in 1945 into two new companies, F. G. Taylor and Sons and A. Barrett and Sons to provide employment for their families after the war.
