This model is the NP (Norddeutsch Plastik) Jeep FC-150 Breakdown Truck in red.
Many NP made vehicles are made from a soft plastic and often appear to be copies of vehicles manufactured by Corgi, Solido and Dinky. They have no opening parts and almost all have the windscreens filled with body material, a soft, vinyl or plastic.
This model is of the Jeep FC-150 in the guise of a breakdown truck. It is a one-piece casting, missing the rear tow hook from the jib. The body lines are accurately represented and incorporate representations of the grille, head lights and side lights, bumpers, number plates (front and rear [HH LZ-11]), side doors, door handles, rear body side panels, etc.
All wheels are of a soft rubber or plastic compound in one piece shaped to represent a hub and tyre and fitted to dome head metal axles that pass through pillars on the underside of the body.
There is no base plate but the underside has the "NP" logo and "Made in Germany" cast below what would be the underside of the rear truck bed.
This model was probably produced in the 1960s or 1970s.
