This model is the NFIC (HK) - Copy of MB61a - Ferret Scout Car in olive green plastic. NFIC, located in Hong Kong, was one of the Hong Kong producers who put effort into the quality of their products and many toys came in two-tone colors. They are also known to have offered toys under the label of "National Toys" (mainly Matchbox copies).
The model has all detail cast into the main body casting and all the hatches, etc are represented in great detail. There is no interior as such, but there is a pale olive driver in the cockpit. There is no glazing. The base is olive green plastic and is marked "Made in, Hong Kong" on two lines to the centre top and "NFIC, [arrow logo]" on two lines to the rear middle centre. The wheels are black plastic and fitted to steel axles that are held in place by the base.
Probably issued in the 1960s or 1970s, and a bit larger than the Matchbox item.
