This model is the Matchbox Yesteryear Y012-1-A-7 London Horse Drawn Bus (1899) in red with Dark Brown horses with white manes and tails. It comes in the type D1, coloured, picture style box.

The model has two horses attached to the draw bar, a tan driver with black hat and beige upper deck seats. The body is red and carries waterslide decals reading "Lipton's Tea" in white on the upper deck and a type 2 (2.7cm) "London General Omnibus Company Limited, Victoria & King's Cross" in yellow on two lines on the lower deck. Either side of the driver are two advertising panels in blue and white that read "Hudson's Soap". At the rear on the upper deck is an advertising panel that reads "Sanitas Fluid Disinfectant" in Black text on a white background and "Colman's Mustard" in Red on a yellow background. Curving up the rear stair panel is "Piccadilly - Circus" in yellow text, above which sits three Adverts, "Horlick's, The Original, Malted Milk" in blue on white background, "Oxbridge - It Never Fails" in yellow on black background, and "Heinz Pickles" in yellow, red, green and white. There is no lower deck interior detail or glazing.

The draw bar is held in place by 2 machined rivets positioned on the inside of the lower deck and is a type B casting with rectangular plate. The upper deck appears to be a pressure fitted casting and is Beige with the underside being painted Beige also. The horses have partial gold collars, white manes and tails.

Issued 1959 to 1966 approximately, with a stated scale of 1:100.
