This model is the Matchbox Yesteryear Y07-3-A-25 Rolls Royce (1912) in Gold and Red. It comes with its original type H woodgrain box.
The model has an Gold body and bonnet, with Red chassis, running boards and wheel arches, and roof. The steering wheel, radiator grille and the seats are all black.

Other Comments/Identifying Features: The model has the type "C" roof in red, Type "C" spare carrier and the type "D" base. The baseplate is held in place with two machined rivets.
Originally issued between 1974 and 1979, it has a stated scale of 1:48.

Actual issue of Y-7.
Hello Ian and fellow collectors.
For those interested in such things, I have looked at the pictures of the nice Gold and Red Rolls-Royce Y-7 and from those pictures it looks as if the actual example is from 1978 into 1979. It has the wide springs and cut-out by the engine sump because the baseplate is borrowed from the Y-6 Rolls-Royce 'Fire Engine' and the cut-out is used to mount the Fire Engine's steering column.
While it is not seen in the pictures, the 'Y-7' number on the top face of the box should be White, a post-77 modification.
I have a collection of these in a 'Time-Line' and Four more versions after the example shown above, it was re-painted in the bright Yellow and Black colours during the 1979 period.
The next version directly after the above model has the Y-6 & Y-7 base numbers.
