This is the Lucky (HK) 6719 Rubber Craft Set. This set contains a Mercedes Benz saloon car, "rubber" dinghy, trailer, tent, and two figures (male and female). It comes still packed in the original blister-style packaging. The packaging is branded with the Lucky Toys horseshoe trademark in the top left corner and "WEEKEND" in large red letters with a white background, overlaid on a photograph of river paddlers. The lower left carries the reference "No. 6719/20 — Rubber Craft/canoe Set". The lower right has "Made in Hong Kong". The rear of the packaging is blank.
The Mercedes benz is yellow plastic, with opening bonnet and a friction drive motor and is 150mm long. It has rally style labels printed with advertising logos and the racing number "9". The base of the model is black plastic and is branded "[Horseshoe trademark], Lucky, No 3167, Made in Hong Kong" on four lines. A red tow hook, for the trailer, protrudes from the base. The wheels are hollow cast, chromed plastic, tyre and hub units fitted to steel axles. The trailer model is yellow plastic with the same style wheels and axles.
THe "rubber" craft is also plastic, red in colour and sporting "Texaco" decals. It has two white seats, a white bow cover with attached white "ropes" that are also attached to the sides of the dinghy, and a white outboard motor. The tent is red plastic with the number "36" on both roof sides. The male figure has yellow trousers, a red top, a red cap, and he is depicted looking through black binoculars. The female figure has a black skirt, black shoes, blue top and brown hair.
It is thought this item was produced in the late 1970s and scales in at approximately 1:32. It comes in its original blister-style packaging.
