This is the Lincoln (HK) 4307 Tow Truck issued in the late 1960s in yellow and red. Although I am not certain of the model reference system used after the company marked its toys "Made in Hong Kong", I have referenced this as a "4307" as this was the reference used in NZ after the introduction of the Motorway Mini Series.
This version of the model is a one piece casting with simplistic detail such as bumpers, lights, body lines and trim, etc. cast into the metal. There is no glazing or base to the model. The body and tow mechanism are sprayed yellow, the rear deck is red and the front and rear bumpers and grille are silver. Red over-spray can be seen on the rear of the cab, the cab inside roof area and on the pillar holding the front axle, indicating the red was applied from the rear during manufacture. On the under-side the model carries the legend "Made in Hong Kong" cast on two lines under the rear deck. The crimped axles pass through the bare metal, solid metal wheels (knobbly tread) and are pinch-clamped to pillar mounts on the body casting, one wide pillar under the bonnet and two thinner pillars under the deck.
