Eligor 1040 Renault NN Torpedo (1927) - Police

This model is the Eligor 1040 Renault NN Torpedo (1927) in Black Police livery. This model was released with white printed "Police" signage on both front doors of the car.

This model has an opening bonnet which reveals a silver painted engine. The front headlights are silver plastic attached to the wheel arches. The front bumper and number plate [blank] are a separate part in silver plastic which has been attached to the front of the model. The rear bumper is also done in silver plastic and is separated by a black rubber spare wheel. The interior, steering wheel and roof are molded black plastic.

The model has two plastic silver horns on the left hand side and one plastic silver bell on the right hand side. Only the front and back windscreen have glazing which is clear with a molded wiper on the front windscreen. There is no glazing in the side windows.

All wheels are black rubber with black plastic hubs and chromed hub caps.

The model is secured to the plastic box base by a single screw. The box base has the "Eligor" logo in the centre top, "Marque et modele deposes" in the centre middle and "Made in France" at the centre bottom.
