Dinky 135-G-1 Triumph 2000

This model is the Dinky 135-G-1 Triumph 2000 in metallic blue with a white roof.

The model features an opening trunk and bonnet which reveals a silver engine. It has a red interior with a white plastic, right hand drive steering wheel and clear glazing.

The baseplate is grey painted metal with detailed suspension and steering. It is marked with "Dinky Toys Triumph 2000" at the top centre, "Prov Pat Nos 12500/80 1026/39" in a block of three lines just below this, "Meccano Ltd England" at the bottom centre, "135" in a block behind the rear driver's wheel and "PAT APP FOR No 3189/63" behind the rear passenger's wheel.

All wheels are black rubber with silver spun hubs.

This model was issued between 1963 and 1969.
