I have identified this item as the Dinky 612-G Commando Jeep Driver in olive. This is only the driver - I've still to locate the Jeep itself
The item features a cast plastic body, painted with olive fatigues and boots, flesh coloured hands and face, black hair, and brown cap.
This model was issued between 1968 and 1979 and this driver also fits the #615 US Army Jeep.
