This model is the Dinky 163-G-1 Bristol 450 in Green with lighter green hubs and racing number "27".
This model features a single piece cast body with all detail cast in. The entire body is painted green with the front grille, side lights, and headlight lenses picked out in silver. The bonnet is shaped with an air scoop and bonnet catches. The racing number circle, black "27" on a white background is placed between the headlights at the front, and forward of the doors on the sides There is no interior or glazing.
All wheels are of the shaped metal type - solid, one piece, cast metal hubs, painted a lighter shade of green, each with a separate black rubber tyre, fitted to steel domed axles.
The base plate appears to be lacquered tinplate metal with a blackish tinge. It is marked with "Dinky Toys" at the top centre, "Bristol 450" on the line below this toward the middle centre, "Made in England, Meccano Ltd" on two lines at the bottom centre, and "163" to the front, just over the axle. There are two circles pressed into the base along the centre line. The base is held by two machined rivets.
This model was issued between 1956 and 1960.
