All wheels are black cast metal hub with a separate black "rubber" tyre on crimped steel axles.

This item was issued between 1935 and 1940 and is the earlier version as it carries the sheet metal hitch and cast tow hook. Post-war versions have a metal wire hitch and tin tow hook.
