This model is the DCMT Crescent Cord Roadster. This model was released some time in the 1950s or 1960s.
This model has no opening parts - in fact it is comprised of only a single main body casting, the wheels and the axles.
The entire item appears to have been painted Bronze, although there is little of the original paint left. At the front is a cast grille, headlights and bonnet. The sides have cast body trim lines and doors, and the rear has cast tail lights, number plate(?) and boot.
All wheels are black plastic, "hub and tyre" style mounted on steel axles that have been crimped on both ends. The axles are held in place by being pinch-clamped to pillars that protrude down from the under side of the body casting.
There is no base on the model, but the underside of the body casting is marked "DCMT - CRESCENT" below the seat and "Made in England" below the foot well.
I am not certain when this item was released but believe it to have been the late 1950s or early 1960s.
