This model is the Corgi 469-A-x London Transport Routemaster Bus in White and Green issued for the UK market. This model was released with advertising on both upper sides reading "LLANDRINDOD WELLS [HYGIEIA LOGO] VICTORIAN FESTIVAL" in Black on a white background. Llandrindod Wells Victorian Festival is a festival held annually at the end of August in Llandrindod Wells, Powys, central Wales and it appears to have been running since 1981. The upper rear and front route boards of the model show route "14, High Street, SPECIAL" flanked by green "Life as you like it..." and "...As a Kelly Girl Temp" advertising. The rear side route board shows "14, High Street, Special".

This model has no opening parts. The front headlights and grill are represented by cast impressions that have been painted silver. The rear also has cast impressions to represent the rear lights and number plate but these have not been highlighted with an alternative colour.

The entire interior is cream plastic with the upper interior showing around the middle of the bus as a cream stripe. The glazing is clear with molded lines on some areas to represent the small opening slide windows present on the real bus. The stairs to the upper level have been cast into the lower body casting but there is no corresponding opening cast into the upper interior.

All wheels are of the "speed wheel" type - hollow one piece plastic with a chromed center, 6 spoke "hub".

The base plate is black plastic and is marked with "corgi" in the centre top, "London Transport Routemaster" in the middle centre and "Made in GT Britain" at the centre bottom. It is held in place with three rivets.

This model was issued post 1984, but I can find no specific reference to this variation in the published references.
